Picture this mental process in your mind. If you watch a movie, and it has a lion devouring a human and killing him and stuck in your mind. Now when when you see anything shape like a lion, it will bring your memory to that scene. Similar things when you worry about something but it’s just an illusion of your mind. Worry is a mental picture which is putting fear in you, even though it’s false. It’s stops you from moving forward, thinking the lion will eat you alive if you move forward. Sometimes worry prevents you from going up the elevator because thinking there is no going down. You can also define it as a constructive emotions built in but from nothing, it’s just your imagination. If it’s lack of facts and understanding, it will give you the negative feeling of emotions.
Life is created not to worry, but it has been a natural result whenever something is not right or working we worry. It’s a normal response because of our feelings and the adrenaline or cortisone so quick to rationalize things even you don’t like it.
The first step to take on worry is to remove it and shake it out of your mind. You have to remove your mindset in that state by counting reverse number 10 to 1, keep repeating it until you are not feeling worry. By counting, it will remove that state level of your mind into the mind of order. Once you are back into order, you can think better.
Second step is you make a mental decision that you don’t want to think of those negative thoughts that lingered and compose yourself in a way you are good enough to make a decision. Good to make decision to make a decision. Don’t let worry rob you from making the best decision of your life. It can also take your valuable time, and placed that time into a depleted time, which you can’t take back time. Make a decision instantly, right away that worry is a waste of time. It is too tiring to worry, so make a decision and tell yourself that you are tired of getting beaten down, being torn down to pieces of things are that are false and untrue.
Gain confidence and maintain your composure. Be confident in yourself and never allow negative thoughts. When you place your self in a confidence level state of mind, you are now ready to act and face the challenges ahead of you. Confidence in oneself, brings self motivated reactions and builds a complete trust in your self. Developed and engaged yourself in confidence that no one and nothing can break you. Never allow yourself to be dependent on other confidence. Build your own confidence by trusting your decision and sticking to it. Don’t allow the world dictate what you want the outcome should be, it has to be the level of confidence that whatever you say it’s true then it’s true. You got a lot to offer by letting your mind in a higher level of confidence. Ninety percent that you worry about never happened anyway, but if your confidence level is 100%, believe me, nothing and no one can take you down.
Trust the facts. Always lay down the facts, never go for a hearsay, take the fact straight. Having the facts in order, makes a whole lot of difference. Gather all that is necessary to get the facts straight. Walking in the grocery store and buying something for your chicken noodle soup, you get all ingredients in order, but when you get home, you forgot the chicken, never worry, just go back and get the chicken. And when you have all the ingredients home, you can cook it and enjoy a home cooked chicken noodle soup. Isn’t it great feeling when you get all the facts. You can always make a better decision if you got all the facts. Once the facts are all there trusting it is also sometimes a struggle to some people. The fact is in front of them but not trusting it. If you are in doubt trusting the fact, the evaluate again in a different scenario, different situation but same fact. If you go to a grocery store and picked vegetables first rather than chicken, what is the difference. But at least you evaluate and validate the facts. Taking the leap of faith over fear is taking it in to a deeper mindset of understanding. Never let your emotions dictate your facts. Faith you develop as you mature and fact you acquire as the result. Faith moves facts. Never put facts before faith. It’s also like faith removes fear out of the way to replace it with facts from faith.
Taking action and control of the situation. As soon as you got all the ingredients including the chicken from the store, you are now ready to cook. You got all the facts, ready to take action. If you made the soup salty, never blame yourself just make it better next time, now that you know the result. Take responsibility for your own actions, own it. Never blame the salt it’s too salty. Just take what you can learn. If you cook it good and everyone enjoyed your soup, now try something different. Challenge yourself and make get better at it. Faith and facts in a action makes a world of difference in your life, it put fears and worries to flight.
Life should just take the facts and never worry about anything. Always lean not on your self, lean on God as His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts are higher than our ways. God will always direct your path. If you allow the Holy Spirit to direct and guide you all the way, you will never have to worry whatever the results maybe. And He also says that all things are possible with God, so the impossible can be possible through Him. If you truly believe in Him, you will have a better understanding of life and not worry.
