Create opportunities not opportunity creates you

Have you considered trying different opportunities and ended up doing something else when you miss it? Why can’t you create your own?  Creating your own opportunity for oneself is difficult when you don’t know yourself.  You create opportunity.  You need to identify what type of skills set you have.  Sometimes you don’t even know what skill set you have.  What are you passionate about?  What does your heart tells you that gives you joy when you do it?  The main factor is you have to determine what you are good at.  You need to mentally prepare yourself on your skill, challenge it.  Make every day work for you.  Create that atmosphere where you are developing your skills. Never allow yourself to think and do other things, don’t be double minded, but to better your skill.  Developing you skills means your mindset is focus and alert.  It’s like you are going to the gym, you don’t go because you want to work out.  Let’s say, you want to focus on making your biceps bigger and fit, then focus on that part of your body.  Until you are physically fit in that area, do not stop until you obtain the outcome you need.  And then move to the next area of your body.  You also have to be driven.  Driven by your desires and passion.  A person that is driven is a person that wakes up in the morning, ready for the challenge everyday.  Another component is courage.  Having courage to face all necessary challenges, that makes you grow and receive that opportunity you have been waiting for.  When you build courage, it will bring forth wisdom to filter which opportunity that is really right for you.  To have courage is to make a better choice and run with it.

They say opportunity comes by and if you missed it, you need to wait for another one.  But I say, all opportunities are all events, that occurs when you are passionate and driven.  It will just present itself without anticipation, that is why it is called opportunity.  Opportunity is a set of circumstances that makes it possible to do something.  If that’s the case, opportunity comes when you are ready to do something.  But the question is, are you fit mentally and ready to take actions.  It’s like a bus or taxi ride, are you going to be late, is that why you are rushing and running to catch the ride?  Or you are relax, ready for your ride, and enjoy while you are in it.  Don’t allow yourself running because you might miss that opportunity, you are the opportunity that the bus or taxi that is waiting for.

In life, don’t rush yourself to miss opportunity.  You always create them.  Allow yourself time, take it one day at a time.  Like the Bible say, never worry about tomorrow, and it may not come for you.  Day and night will always be there, but will you be there?  We want instant gratification or right away.  It’s like putting God in the microwave and when the minutes is done, we want answers, and the answer has to be yes, or else you put it back in the microwave.  Opportunity is not like that, when you want it, it just comes.  It will only come when it’s the right time for you to receive it.

Opportunity is a blessing to you that you don’t have to miss.  It is for you to grab and do it.  It will only work for you not others.  It is given to you by God, so don’t think it will be gone, it is a perfect match in heaven as it is a blessing for you to receive. So take that faith from God, take the skills He has given you, be good at it everyday and enjoy the ride.
